Cynthia Mabus, AIA, LEED AP BD+C


An architect dedicated to innovative design solutions in architecture, interior design, and planning. Cynthia’s experience includes work in education, healthcare, commercial and residential architecture. She is committed to providing great service in partnership with her clients and the design team.


With over 30 years of experience, she has worked in every phase of the building process, from earliest concept generation through construction, with an eye to the vision that inspires each project. Cynthia’s work history reflects both her continually proven capability to design projects that reflect an understanding of the client’s vision and requirements as well as the ability to supervise a project team.


Ms. Mabus is a registered architect in California and is LEED accredited with an emphasis in building design and construction. Her commitment to innovative solutions and collaborations have resulted in award winning projects.


With her diversified experience, Cynthia is particularly able to work collaboratively with her clients to establish clear design goals and directions. One of her strengths is her ability to work synergistically with the design team, the production team, and the contractor providing creative, yet practical and cost-effective design solutions.


Ms. Mabus has worked closely with local and state regulatory agencies, HCAI (OSHPD), the State Fire Marshall and city building officials to help smooth the way for successful and efficient project completion. Her in depth knowledge of the design process is coupled with an ability to carry the design vision to completion.


Ms. Mabus’ project work has been recognized for design excellence through both industry publications and awards. She is active in the design community and is a past president of the Orange County AIA.
