Fourth Floor Administrative Offices
The Chao Cancer Center executive suite project consolidated administrative staff on the fourth floor of the Cancer Center. The 2,600 sf CMA designed tenant improvement includes a waiting area, conference room, five private offices and an open work area to accommodate four clerical workstations.
On a tight budget, the existing area was gutted, with the scope of the improvement including the relocation of interior walls, new ceiling and lighting, an upgrade to the mechanical system and upgrades to the entry elevator lobby. Corridor walls were angled and separated slightly creating views within the office suite. Bright colors were utilized to enliven the interior. Renovation project included finishes and furnishings.
